Your personalized session starts with a 5 minute warm up, progressing to strength & flexibility exercises specifically designed from assessments taken, ending with ten minutes of yoga infused stretches to total a hour of my undivided attention! I build life long relationships with my clients.

Individual session - 1 Hour $50
Exercise Fitness Assessment - 1.5 Hrs. $75
The Exercise Fitness Assessment is highly recommended for new clients and anyone with health/and or muscular skeletal conditions. The assessment allows me to design you an individualized program. Postural/Movement and Flexibility assessments are taken to determine muscle imbalances that restrict movement. Body composition, cardiovascular, and strength measurements are taken to be used as a baseline to compare progress.

GET A BETTER BODY Package
Focuses on weight loss & toning not only to look better… but to feel better!
BUILD AND BURN Package
You can do it! WHY? Because its short duration cardio bursts…. 30-60 second intervals fused with circuits of strength exercises. This type of programing has been found to produce better results for fat burning and weight loss!

CORE PERFORMANCE Package
You are only as strong as your weakest link…and for most of us, this means our core. To produce a strong core capable of efficient movement you need to build strength from the center outward. This package is all about that type of training which will strengthen the abs, back, hips and shoulders as well as help flatten the stomach!

SPORTS INJURY PREVENTION Package
This package concentrates on teaching skills and conditioning exercises to improve agility, balance and body control. Total body exercises that force the core to stabilize in all directions has been proven to reduce sports injuries. Core strength and flexibility is a must.

CORRECTIVE EXERCISE Package
Excellent for anyone wanting to correct muscle imbalances that can cause dysfunction and pain. Exercise design is based around improving range of motion, strength, balance and posture. SMR (Self-Myofascial Release) techniques and stretching are taught to improve joint function.
KETTLE BELL TRAINING 30 minutes
Kettle bell training sessions are 30 minutes long for a reason. That’s all you need for a good workout. KB workouts are calorie torching movements that combine, core, cardio and strength all in one! Training and technique is crucial.
